New to the forum but have been reefing for over a year and a half. Anyone know if yellow coris wrasse prefer certain lighting? Notice mine seems to hide back in the sand after a certain time of day. Would appreciate any input.

That is where they sleep. Yours may still be "jet lagged" and working on a day fitting into a different time zone. Normal behavior.

Sorry can't help on your yellow coris wrasse, but you might what to rethink your screen name. Using an email address, you might end up getting a lot more email than you could imagine. Not from RC, but search bots might pick up on it.
The mods can help with the name change.

It's not a user option. It needs to be reset by a moderator.

Yes that's normal my coris hides about 15mins before lights out and he's out about 10mins before, give him about a week and he'll adjust good luck
