i got a 30g tank now running, i just got a 110g tank today and it is going to run main and the 30g is going to be a frag tank. im going to add the schematic of my idea on the plumbing. feel free to shot holes in it, but please advise what is best. the tanks will be sitting side by side like the drawing. i already have a 150g skimmer which i was thinking it should be able to handle the load from the sump, but i could be wrong. i was hit by the tang police for having them in a 30g but im upgrading :).

Thank you very much for upgrading! I know the Tang police will get ya for keeping tangs in your 30 gallon XD

Don't try gonioporas too, there are goni police here as well :p

GL on your new larger setup! I'm not good at plumbing so let's wait for the others ^^

i made a change to the plan with the overflow to the pump from the main. im not going to T the pipe to a single. the 2 sides are going to flow to the sump independently. i am going to drill a third hole in the inlet to the sump for the frag tank, i just ordered a Jebao DC-6000 return which should be enough to return to both tanks. also alot of the overflow will be hose not pvc.
