New to the hobby

Just thought I would post a thread on here to say hi. I am new to the salt water world (have had fresh water since I was a boy), anyway I am in Sycamore and was looking for a club or just some local people that are also in this wonderful yet wallet draining hobby.

I have a new 65gal tall that has been running for about 3 months now I have pics posted at http://s681.photobucket.com/albums/vv172/MSD60178/ please feel free to take a look and let me know what you think I will be adding more and more pics as I add more corals and what not.

Also if any of you have any good LFSs in the area please let me know I have been going to Exotic Aquatics in Algonquin and they seam to one of the better places I have been to.

Yea man I would love to check out your tanks I have buddies in cortland and I am in sycamore so right next door to you. also my buddy in Maple Park is also new to the salt water work and he would also want to see your tanks maybe we could set something up for later this week. just let me know when is good or shoot me a PM and we can exchange numbers. As we are both looking to join a club and maybe find some people to do some trading with when we are ready to frag or trade.
