Your local dive store will give you the personal attention you need as a new diver. Unfortunately this option is not always the least expensive. Equipment that must be fit to your body is best bought in person. Odd items can be ordered on line. As you gain more experience you will be able to look outside of what your local shops are offering.

buy a good regular. My wife was into dving before she met me. I Tech dive and have about 3000 dives. I let her do a dive with her reg then put hier in the water with in of my apeks regs she could not beleve the diffence. As far a BC's look for one use yo can save several hunded dollars. Find one you want then check out ebat.
