New Vortech, loud.

So I just got 2 mp10wes.
Originally I had one that made a horrible noise, and ecotech marine replaced the wetside. The new one is not much better.

The videos are kinda quiet, but these things sould like leaf blowers are right out side my window.
My 40B is only half full. Do they quiet down with more water?

So my question is this their normal sound and do you think the one in the second video sounds funny compared to the third video?

I would recommend allowing some time for the wetsides to break in. Start by running the pumps in constant mode at their lowest speed, and gradually increasing the speed over the course of 2 weeks. If you continue to have issues at that point, please respond to this email.
