I am thinking about ordering these 3. Like to know if they would get along together and my existing fishes.
Thanks.
Velvet multicolor.
Blue head fairy.
Carpenter's flasher.
My existing fishes are. Yellow tang, Six line wrasse,Chromis,Coral beauty,Clowns.

I am not sure the six line will be friendly enough towards the other wrasses...I could be wrong, though.

Odds are your sixline will try to kill them. I had a sixline in a 180 kill 4 other wrasses and a firefish.

+1. Sell the six line if you can catch it cause those other 3 would be beautiful in your tank.

Also, what is the real name of a "Blue head fairy"? If that is C. solorensis, they are: a bit aggressive, and one of the ones that lose some coloration without a female.

It is Cyanopleura.
I don't believe I can catch the Six line without taking everything out.
If I catch him he can live in my frag tank.
Thanks Everyone.

We had the same situation. The six line was terrorizing the new clown pair in the display tank...we took the entire tank apart to catch and rehome it in the frag tank. Once there, it tried to bully the resident clowns (our first fish and very hardy) and they had none of it. The three of them co-existed very well.

Have you see the acclimation/catching box thing (reef gently??)? It might help you catch him.

I tried the DIY version to catch my Coral Beauty since she was nipping at my clams, I ended up moving my clams to the frag tank .
I am glad that you Guys warned me about the Six Line , I was ready to place the order with Live Aquaria.
Thanks.

No worries. In the past, I had assumed the six line was the wrasse to have...then we had a fairy wrasse in our display tank. Now, I am torn between the beauty and utility of the six line or the beauty and friendly tank mate nature of the other wrasses. It is a hard choice!

Just added a small equisite and another large fairy wrasse to my 285g. Six line harassed the smaller wrasse, but left the big one alone.

Update !
I finally caught the Six Line and now he is in my frag tank.
So I ordered 4 Wrasses from LA tonight (McKosker's flasher-Carpenter's Flasher-Velvet Multicolor Fariy-Red Head Solon Fariy).
I haven't bought fishes in a long time, and only have a 10 gallon quarantine tank, would that be big enough for 4 Wrasses and how long quarantine recommendation is for Wrasses.
Thanks.

I should receive my fish shipment tomorrow. I would really like to know if the 10 gallon tank that I have is large enough for 4 fishes.
Thanks.
