New Yellow eye kole tang with spot

Hi all,
I just got a new yellow eye kole tang and am very excited. Thee new tang looks very happy and is eating and moving around in the QT tank, but i just have one question. if you look on the back of the kole tangs fin it has some sort of spot. I was just wondering if I should be worried or is it something the fish can live with and/or will go away as the fish gets bigger. Sorry about the bad photos they were taken on my phone.

Wait it out and see if anything develops. Nothing to be alarmed about right this moment specially if he's eating and doing fine. Congrats on that new guy. Love that fish.

Ok thank you I will keep you updated on the kole tang. I have a question though is it normal for a kole tang to be very shy at first?

Yes, Kole Tangs are quite shy in general. I've had one in QT for over a month now, and he's still shy (but otherwise eating and doing well). Once he gets to the DT, I'm sure he'll become more gregarious.
