Hello
received a used profilux plus 2 and having a hell of a time figuring it out.
I'm trying to get it on my computer so hooked up connections from controller to computer but when I get access, it asks me for a PIN, but when I enter a PIN says "access denied" I tried resetting it on the controller but still doesn't work. Can someone direct me to how to reset this?
