newby feeding problem..

Good day everyone, as you know I am fairly new at this.. I was told to feed my fish brine shrimp with spurlinafor my lfs.. and now after reading and researching.. ( brine shrimp are not healthy) so are feeding frozen mysis shrimp better? if not what are the best food to feed my fish.. I curently have a tp clown, a blue tang and goldenhead goby..

Yes, frozen mysis is better but they still need a variety. There is formula 1 and 2(pellets or frozen), Brine shrimp flakes and primereef flakes are probably the most popular. Try getting some of those. If they dont like them at 1st, you can put a few drops of garlic in to get the fish eating it.

Also, dont forget some kind of algae for your tang. Your lfs probably has green, brown and red. Get some of that for the hippo to craze on during the day.

Also are flake or pellet better in nutiution than frozen cube?
