Night Feeding

Hey I was wondering if pipefish could feed at night? I was thinking of trying to feed mine live brine shrimp after lights out because thats when he comes out to the middle of the tank. Will this work?

you could try it! My little fellows like to hunt pods after the lights go off. My jannus and alligator pipes will also take brine when the lights are on. Guess it might depend on the type of pipe and his temperament... my blue lined pipe will not have anything to do with any food other than pods.
