NItrate 40ppm too much for flame angel?

hello, I can usually keep my tank between 10ppm - 50ppm nitrate.

Is this okay for a flame angel?? All other parameters are pretty much perfect.

what do you think?

It won't kill it, but the lower the better.

Nitrate souldn't harm the fish. If it is looking distressed I would look into other issues.
