I tested my nitrates today, and read 5ppm, Red Sea kit. I have been reading 0 or undetectable.
I have 1-coral beauty, 1-cleaner shrimp, and a small clean up crew. The coral beauty gets 5-6 pellets every other day. I do weekly 10g wcs. That was done yesterday.
Only 2 things have changed in the past month. I added a ball of cheato in the fuge of my 20g sump. I have started adding new aragonite sand into the tank from abandoning the old sand when I transferred to this 60g tank about a month ago. I have added maybe 4 cups of sand in the past 5 days.
Thoughts?
