nitrates levels and anemones?

i know preferred is <10ppm for anemones to thrive.

question is can anemones make do okay with consistent nitrate levels of 20ppm?

lets say everything is consistently in the good range and good lighting.

nitrate 20
calc + Mg in acceptable range
