NMOK Meeting - What Day is Best (Follow-up from Oct. Meeting)

Hey everyone,

One of the topics covered on Friday's meeting dealt with attendance and participation. One concern is that Fridays may not be the most convenient day for many people and thus might explain the lower attendance due to people traveling, other plans, etc...

Thus, I was delegated to ask the question: "What day of the week, in general, is best for you to attend a NMOK meeting?"

Note that the intent of this thread is not to argue, hypothetically, about which day could be best. But rather it is just to capture the best day for everyone so that the club can educated about everyone's availability.

I voted Thursday for me, but really Mon-Thurs or even Sat are ok for me. I see that everyone has voted a different day so far. Fridays are tough for me because myself and the wife typically end up working late on Fridays. Usually not getting out until about 6:30 or 7pm.

Can't wait to make a meeting though, and meet everyone.

Can we possibly get the poll edited to include "Any weekday", "Any weekend day", and "Any Day"? I'm in the any day group myself...

Bump - Saturdays are in the lead right now, but we still have limited responses.

is it still on the third weekend or are we going to change that too. i would vote on the second weekend if we are.

I would think that the week doesn't really matter just the day, but hey that's just my opinion.

It looks like I won't be able to make any Friday evening meetings next spring. So I'm definitely supporting Saturday.

Well, we will discuss this on the 16th, but Sat looks to be the new day.

We will work out the details, but does anybody want to support a time or maybe change the 3rd week plan like Reefy suggests?

Slap some ideas down and I will pop it in the adgenda.
