You need to pray it is not defective. I received a defective Octopus skimmer from them. I could get no answer from them on the phone and repeatedly emailed them and got no response at all for four weeks. Then they had me trouble shoot with Coralvue, and Coralvue made it clear that they did not want to bother with me, could care less about the defective skimmer and would not replace either the skimmer or the defective part. I copied Albert on most of these emails to show him that Coralvue was treating one of his customers like garbage and would not help me. Eventually Albert promised a replacement in writing via email and has recently recanted on his promise.
This entire hell they have put me through has been on going for over three months and they still won't resolve my problem.
