No tracking # after 1 week; No response to email inquiries.

I placed an order for an Aqualine 70W Metal Halide on 4/18 and have not received a tracking # (nor is it available via your website). I also emailed yesterday inquiring about my order, but did not receive a response.

Your online support has not been available throughout the day.

My order # is 9598.

Has the order shipped? Please let me know ASAP. My corals are waiting for this replacement bulb and not happy with the PC lighting that I temporarily set-up for them.

Your order shipped out on 04/18 and should be delivered today.
Please call us at 847-582-1026 so we can update your account with a correct email address. Most likely an incorrect address is a reason why you did not receive any of our emails.

I checked my account and my email address is listed correctly.

I received the bulb today, but received a 10K bulb. I ordered and paid for a 20k bulb.

How should I go about getting a replacement?

Note - I have very limited access to a phone during business hours so I would prefer to handle this via e-mail (jadette@adelphia.net).

I apologize about the mix up.
Replacement lamp is shipping out today via UPS 2nd day air together with a return label.
Looks like all our emails are blocked by your server. Please update your spam block to allow for our emails to go through.
