No weekend support?

Having issues with EcoSmart Live, the time is wrong, I have tried your "fix" and still not working, so I can't use my new Radion... Not a great start.

I assume no support on weekends either? Called and put in a ticket, nothing yet. Hard to call during the week days as I work myself. Would love some help with this.

My timezone is correct in EcoSmart Live.
Tried to do custom time -- stays the same
Tried to do "now time" -- stays the same.

The time will not update, I have tried other timezones, etc. Current time 08:33, actual time 19:33 :(
 
I have been having the same issue. I had to save my scheduel to my laptop and start from scratch. If you use the search feature Jon I believe gave steps in 2014 to fix the same issue. It's sad that ecotech has these programming bugs because their products are awesome.

I am in no way bashing them but they need to step up their game.

I am having an issue with ecotech live detecting my radion now. I have used both a Mac and a PC. Both chrome and safari. Not happy!
