Nocturnal reef?

Well today I took all of my "live rock" to the lfs and sold it for store credit. Ever since I had a system crash, roughly 6 months ago, nothing has been the same. Coralline wouldn't grow, fish kept dying (some of it my fault but other times they would die for no reason), and I was getting outbreaks of algae.

So with the rant and reason over let me get on topic. I am thinking about starting a nocturnal reef aquarium. The plan is to build a very long overhang that will cover much of the aquarium with between 3-8" of clearance. The aquarium will be dimly lit with a good protion of the lighting coming from LED moonlights. I'm a bit of a night person as it is so the concept works for me. I was thinking about a school of cardinals, some blood red shrimp, sun polyps, mushrooms, and other low light corals/inverts. If I could find a good deal maybe a helfrichi firefish :D I'm at a bit of a loss though because I am having a hard time finding some other nocturnal/low light fish that would even fit in a 29 gallon. Any ideas?

It would be sweet to set up a reef with flashlight fish and/or pinecone fish but in a 29 gallon that wouldn't work out.

I have a red sea anemone i got as a hitchhiker that would be cool in that tank. He is purely fed by food so lights wouldnt matter.
Cool idea.
