Noisy Skimmer

Just plugged in skimmer for the first time tonight, its a CPR Dual Bak-Pak I followed all directions, but the thing is very noisy, it has the RIO 600 powerheads to pump water into unit, any ideas to why this is noisy?

Is it up against something causing a vibration with my protein skimmer and return pump if they are vibrating against something they create this fairly loud buzzing noise
