Non-jumping bottom-dweller with personality?

I'd like to add some kind of sand-sifter or other bottom dweller - like a blenny, jawfish, or goby of some kind - that is interesting to watch and has some personality. However, I have a partially open top, so I'd like to avoid notorious jumpers. Suggestions?

I recently added a diamond goby to our tank and we really like him. We named him little digger as he is constantly sifting the sand, really works hard at keeping the bottom clean. Very peaceful and social. Eats well and seems quite robust.

Diamond Gobies are olympic jumpers. porkfish has been lucky, but I had one that jumped right through egg crate the first night. Bye bye $32.00.
