For me, I have to say non-photosynthetic gorgonians. Stay away from Acalycigorgia sp. and most of the rest are easy to keep. In addition, they are forgiving of nitrates and phosphates. For other corals; Dendrophyllia species (super suns, fire cracker coral) easy to keep as well as Rhizotrochus typus. Tubastrea (sun corals) can some times be tricky if you can not get them to eat, once you get them to eating, they will stay open most of the time and pretty easy to take care of also.
