I every body,
First of all sorry for my english. I'm french but i'm trying my best.
So my question is the following one.
Does anybody try to rise non photosynthetic coral with a "home made" installation. I mean build a "thing" to breed phyto and zoo plancton and use it to feed corals?
don't esitate to correct me or ask questions if you don't understand.
I'm really curious and i would like to build a non photosynthetic tank in the next few years. But in France so many people say that is IMPOSSIBLE (Impossible is nothing...)
Thanks

Thyps

Pieter van Suijlekom uses a Grotech plankton reactor, fed from tank water, to feed his tank. There is a link to a video of his tank in this forum, in it you can see how much life he has in the water.

I have a "Geosapper" but I haven't set it up yet. You could definitely build this yourself. The concept for this can be seen in this article:
