Noob question. Coral placements

Ok. So I just picked up a complete setup. Rock, coral, tank, stand, critters. The works. Got this thing for next to nothing. (An old laptop)
My question is: is everything in its proper place?
I am running 2 150w mh, 30g sump, water parameters are at optimal. I have a 12 headed Duncan, a candy cane, rock flower anemone, condylactis anemone, a few zoas, star polyps, a piece of montepora, some blasto, and some frogspawn. Here are pics.

The tank looks good except for the grouper, it will eat everything else in there soon and grow huge really fast.

Yea I know. He is a rescue. He won't be in there too long. So far he is pretty peaceful.

If you have good polyp extension and color your doing fine. If some thing closes up or turns white or brown you have an issue.
