Nori v. Algae Sheets

My tangs like Nori sheets that I bought from the grocery store. Is Nori the same thing as the green algae seaweed sheets that Ocean Nutrition, and others, sell? Is one more beneficial than the other? The Nori is a lot cheaper.

It's pretty much the same thing, just make sure to get the unseasoned nori from the supermarket.

even better try to get raw nori rather than roasted as the raw has more nutrients.
