I gotta say i made my first trip there since like may when i was still in school and they have won back my business. I refused to purchase anything from them due to the quality of their tanks but after my visit today i must say i am really impressed with a basically 180 degree turn around. They have a nice rimless 57 oceanic set up with halides that looks like it could be promising as well as a cool little rimless cube with rounded edges, these tanks are also for sale they are definitly cool tanks. Im big on the small tanks since im in school and big tanks are too hard ot move that often and i have never seen a square tank with rounded edges thats also rimless like that so those may be worth checking out if anyone is interested in a nano set up. Even all their tanks inside really looked cleaned up and nice. Not all of them but id say about 85% looked much better than my last visit. They have some promise i hope they keep up the good work in there.



Just thought id let everyone know since i know there was a lot of people here (including myself) who would only dare by ro/di water from them due to the quality of their tanks. I cant speak for the diseases they apparently had in their tanks but i just got a clown from them and will let you guys know if anything weird that may be of a concern pops up on the fish

They also had a small Z. desjardini for sale as a Z. veliferum for $29!
Go snatch it up before they fix it. I told them about the unusually low price but doubt it will get fixed.

yeah that is the one negative the girl didnt know that maroon clowns got really big and suggested one for my 10 gallon after i said i was worried the ocellarus and percs would maybe get too big

thats pretty much what it was like. lots of giggling and joking between the 2 girls working. but w.e i got a clown for 18$ after tax which is better than my lfs at home so im happy i didnt have to drop like 25$ on a clownfish

Northbay is like costco or home depo.....if you know what you're lookin for its a great place to get cheaper prices....but dont expect a lot of help from the tards who work there:lol:
