Not having a good luck with Ricordia and yumas

I collected some good looking yumas and Ricordia..

problem i have is that colorations are not that great.

I am using 70W 12K de over 7 gallon tank..

no skimmer... 20% water change twice a month..

What should I do? ~

define in more detail your colors not looking too good.

If you mean they are washed out/possibly bleached some, I would suggest putting all of your rics low in the tank and off to the side, as far away from your lights as you can get them for a while. Either that or lift your lights some if possible or BOTH.

While they can take and thrive in quite a bit of light if acclimated to it slowly, depending on how you have things set up you could possibly have very easily have fried them a little with the set up you described. If thats the case, they can and will come back. It will just take a little time
