i got a 4" teardrop maxima for $25! i'm pretty excited, the reason i started a SW tank was cause i liked the clams so much. it killed me to wait this long to get one while my tank stabilized, but at least i got to read up on them. i acclimated the guy yesterday and his mantle is fully open, i plan on keeping him on the sandbed through tommorrow and then moving him up a little bit to his final resting place. right now it's on the sandbed under cover of some eggcrate and screen to shield the light a little. i'll get some pics when i move it closer to the front.
