not new but been a while . cycling question

So setup new biocube 29.
purchased cured manado live rock from Premium aquatics in indy.
live sand from them also think it was araglive fine
so all has been in a week. And levels are are at 0 nitrite nitrate and ammonia and pH 8.2
I remember cycling thanks before and not taking this long for spikes.
Do you think the livery rock being cured, making it not cycle?

i set up my tank 12 days ago with dry live rock and haven't seen my spikes yet. I have heard of live rock and sand cycling fast but i would assume you would have some spike in levels by now.

put a piece of shrimp into the tank for a few days and watch your ammonia level when you see it start going up take out shrimp and see how long it takes for ammonia to go to 0 then ck for nitrite when that goes to 0 ck for nitrate
