Hi everyone, I've just installed my new custom built tank with a volume of about 350 ltrs including sump. Currently got 25kg of live rock which has been in 3 days now so currently monitoring my nitrate levels watch for a spike but so far only reading around 2 ppm. Spotted a small brown crab about 1 cm across its width but can't seem to catch it using a tilted glass jar with a price of fresh prawn in the bottom. Left it 2 days but worried that it will affect my tank cycling if I leave it any longer. Should I try removing my rock and rinsing it in freshly made up salt water or persist with the trap method? I as going to get about 6 kg more rock to add too.
