i have had them for about 2 months and were doing fine at first, but this past month they haven't been opening much at all. A few here and there, almost alternating which ones open. what could be the cause of this? I moved it to another spot in my tank, but don't know if it will help

Look closely, because you may have zoa eating nudibranchs. The same thing was happening to me and I found those nudis munching away.
