Well I thought you all might want to know I have been rocking out to guitar hero on my house warming gift to myself, a 52 in. 1080p LCD TV and a playstation 3, oh what productive meetings we could have with that :)

I guess its easy to save when living in your Grandmother's basement... ;) Glad that money went to good use... lol :D Besides you need something to do out there in Kansas...

I'm on the hunt for a Wii now... :(

You do completely suck, Chase. What you need to do is to buy us plane tickets out there as another part of your housewarming!

I just recently discovered that they make Rock Band for PS2. Someone on here told me they did, but I can't remember who it was.

Now I've got a third option in my giant dilemma...PS3 w/ Rock Band, XBOX360 w/ Rock Band, or stick to my PS2 and buy Rock Band.

Decisions...decisions...
 
Haha yup rent free for 2 months allowed me to splurge a little on myself to say the least = ) I will get pics as soon as I can still have lots to do the joys of being a homeowner.

Mel I had the same dilemma I went with the PS3 because its a blueray DVD player too so that made my choice pretty easy, those things are $400 themslves.
 
Yeah but can you get online with the PS3?

My friends up in Detroit have XBOX30 and I believe that I can play with them online if I get one as well. The whole BlueRay player thing...yeah...that would be really awesome, except that I don't expect to buy any BlueRay movies in the near future. I'm cheap and I like my horror movies cheap as well. If I have to pay more than $6 for a movie I'm mad. Seriously. Of course, I always go for the old horror or at least ones that have been out for a while.
 
haha yea if you wouldnt use it wouldnt do much good, but it is the wave of the future Mel you will have to eventually haha, and yes you can do the online thing with it too
 
I'd get a Blue Ray before I got a new cell phone... ;)

I got yours this morning... I can't believe you thought I'd be up at 11:30... But then again, thats better than a 2:30 drunk dialing... ;)

Yes, I too have a seriously hard time with the orange button.

We have our own resident GH expert. Matt can play that thing like MAD.

Chase...you could always move back, ya know?
 
Haven't met any reefers and there is no sign of a club at all which sucks, we have a pretty decent store but thats it. Ha who can talk about the orange button I am still getting used to the blue one, one of my cousins friends came over while we were playin and we all suck, she gets on there puts it on expert and starts jamming I think she started with 150 note streak, then complained that she was rusty I wanted to kick her out haha
 
NO kidding.

I've got a friend like that. He started the game by playing it on easy and would not progress at all until he did every song with a 5 star rating. Then he moved to medium and did the same thing, then hard, then expert.

Now he's a friggin' mad man on it. I want to whack him over the head with my guitar one day.
 
Yea tell me about my stand is still in the garage half stained because of guitar hero. I decided to refinish my stand and make it like a nice piece of furniture but now i have that half done and can't pull myself away from the TV!!!
