I have made a few orders with LA in the past and I have to say I don't belive I'll make another. If you own a nano tank there livestock is perfect, otherwise forget it. Every coral I recieved today was more than half the size I expected. I mean in a 180 gallon tank $500.00 isn't even noticed! I'm sticking with the locals from now on.

the sizes are all indicated on their website and all of their corals are spot on, if not more generous in size ime.
 
Never had a problem with them. In fact, they went well above and beyond all of their promises with my livestock.

I shocked at this. I have been ordering from LA for the last 5 years and have never had a coral show up smaller than the size indicated. In fact, the only issue with coral I've had is that it came TOO big. I wanted as small and they sent a large. Not only that... a simple call to them would have solved any issues you have.

They have one of if not the best online return/refund policies I've ever seen, not only in the fish world, but in all of retail. DrsFS takes care of all issues regardless of fault. They have truely earned my loyalty.

As the sizes are all accurately indicated on their site, I fail to see how this is LA's fault.

"regardless of fault" This says it all if you ask me. They really do want their customers to be happy with them. I also have nothing but good things to say about them and order from them often.

As indicated above, every animal is specified, and in the case of divers den, pictured. I have ordered MANY times and all arrived as expected. Once there was a shipping problem with FEDEX but it was rectified immediately.
 
maybe he had way too high of expectations? maybe his tank is too big ;)

I've always been pleasantly happy with all corals I've ordered from LiveAquaria. When I order frags, I don't expect them to be noticed until a year or two later anyway, but they're always encrusted and healthy when they arrive. That's what I love about LiveAquaria.

I've gotten two colonies from them too, and both were REALLY big and easily noticed ;)
 
I have nothing but good things to say about both LA and the DD. Of course, a friend and I purchased some electric blue hermit crabs that we are still waiting for........ but our fish came in superb and healthy as can be.
