Not zoopox but...?

I just got a new Zoa today and I noticed tonight that it has little white things on it, so I figured it was Zoa Pox but upon looking around I don't think it is - nor is it Nudibranch eggs.

They move around with the water movement and they have what I think are little feeding webs coming off of them.

Pictures are worth... you know.

Opinions? Is this Zoa Pox?

I dipped them in an iodine solution then shook it around a little. All the dots fell off but I am still curious as to what they were.

Just to be safe, probably a good idea to do an iodine.
