One of my Bartlett's Anthia looks like got eye injured by Needle of Birds nest Coral or in fight with another Anthias. The eye does not look like infected by bacteria (I checked images of the eye disease).
Is there any medications that I can use in the main tank. The fish is swimming and eating like nothing happened. Sorry, but can not take any reasonable pictures
Thanks

Without a pic, I can't even guess. Most fish are tougher than tey look and injurie oftencure up with time. If it gets infected, easily done in captivity, then you'll need to use an antibiotic in a HT. Are sure thisn't Popeye? I would never use any med in a reef tank. (Except the wormer, Prazi-Pro) You really need a QT/HT; this hobby is really tough without one.

This is for sure not popeye and I agree about QT, but there is no way to get fish out - to many corals and 200lbs of LR. I will leave it as is and see future  Thanks for replay
I got to images but you can not see properly. You can see needles of the coral. This is the place where all fishes running to hide. I was stupid enough to put it there
