Nuclear Green Palys to trade

If your Nuclear Green Paly is the same one that I got from you last year, that one is not Nuclear Green. It's closer to what some people uploaded as Green Explosion or Geen PE on ZoaID site.

You might be right. They all seem to be pretty close.

I got Nuclear Green during Chattanooga frag swap and it looks very different from the rest. It has a distinct color and shape. Although I really don't subsribe to the naming game, it comes in handy for identifying certain zoathids.

Well, I can say that it is certainly not Neclear Greens then. Although it is hard to distinguish as to whether they are Green Explosion or Green PE. I will try and do some further research and identify them.

Green Explosion and Green PE are pretty new names. Someone just came up with these names and registered them with ZoaID site for fun. They are not taxonomically different from other palythoa or zoanthus. I just used these names to give you some idea of what yours look like or don't look like in this case. I don't know if you can find an exact match for your zoas.

Until Blane Perun of The Sea.org started marketing his zoanthids using names like his now famous PPE four or five years ago, zoanthid had no names other than their genus: Zoanthus sociatus, Z. danae, Palythoa, Protopalythoa, Parazoanthus, etc.
