Hi everyone... im new here but not new to saltwater. Ive also been reefing about 5 years.. I have a 220gal that's just completed its cycle about 4 weeks ago and am having a brown lobby algae outbreak. I have pics from microscope. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
The clumpy globs look like chrysophytes but your scope images look more like dinoflagellates. Are they moving under the microscope? That could indicate dinoflagellates.
