Nutrient export in my sump

I am looking to use something for a nutrient export in my sump. What is something I can grow in the sump (besides chaeto) that I can feed to my tangs in the display? I was looking at some Fire Ball Macro Algae or dragon’s tongue macroalgae (like the color) but not sure what the tangs will eat? Currently have a Kessil H380 led.
