nutrients for macro growth

i am trying to grow chaetomorpha caulerpa racemosa and something called dragons breath. i have 25ppm nitrate i need gone. is that too much for the algae to grow?

The nitrates wont be a problem for macros. Are you growing the macros in a seperate refugium, or in the display?

i just set up a seperate tank but is the same water as the display.
