Oceanic 105 gallon SPS tank..questions?

I just bought a 105 gallon Oceanic reef ready aquarium. Dims: 48x18x29. This will be an SPS tank with clams.
Questions: I have 2x250w MH with Lumenmax Elite reflectors that I will mount in the hood. Just a few inches off the water. Is this enough light for my SPS corals at all depths or just high?
2. I currently have a Mag 7 rated at 700gph. Is this enough flow for the return on this size tank? I have 2 k2's and 2 k3's and a k1 powerheads.
Never had a tank this big so I'm unsure. Current SPS tank is a 20L!
Thanks for any advice.

With the right bulbs I think you will be just fine............I think people have tendency to over do their lighting.

If that were my tank I would run 250w halides in lumenmax elites or lumen bright minis.

I also think you could mount them a bit higher. I would search for threads on those reflectors for more guidence.

Post some pictures of the tank when you are down. That will be a cool tank! I currently have an Oceanic Ultimate Reef Ready 90g.

But rember you are 29 deep so if you are running sps mid low you may be on the boarder! My 90 is 25 deep and I run 250 and par mid to lower is max 290 to 350.
