Anyone have any experience with them? There prices are unbelievable. I always check with you guys first though so I don't get cheated

I purchased 60lbs of LR from them a while ago when they were selling rock for 1.99 per lbs. The rock was ok, but there were sever problems with shipping. If I recall correctly, it took them 3 weeks to ship. BTW, I live about 50 miles from their store.

When I called and complained, I go the run around and they eventually told me that their computers had a virus and they couldn't ship anything. yada yada yada.

I don't really know what was going on and I am not sure if I would purchase from them again. They could have handled the situation a lot better.

If I were you, my decision would be based on your LFS and if there are enough local reefers around you who are selling rock (here in LA, you can always find someone selling LR for $2 per lbs.)
But I purchased the rock from Ocean pro before I found RC and the local forum.

Well the prices you cant beat. My LFS is a rip off. Prices are insane and they are going out of business because they have no customers. I drive an hour and a half to That Fish Place rather than 10 min to my LFS.

I recently ordered 35lbs of cycled base rock from them and was very pleased with what I got. The rock smelled clean when it arrived and I had them ship it to me ground (since it was base rock). When I upgrade my tank I'm going to order from them again.
