OceanRunner fitting for Turboflotor 1000

It is the classic model. I upgraded from the Rio needlewheel to OR 2700. The pipe connectting the OR to the skimmer is about 3" short (It fits perfectly for the Rio). The pipe diameter is odd and I couldn't find any PVC or pipe that fits. Do you know where I can find the replacement pipe?
