Ocellaris and Hermits

Hi Guys!
Can I put Hermit crabs with my pair of ocellaris in a 8g?

I don't see why not. I have a pair of true percs and some hermit crabs in my 24g nano and never had a problem.

And what about sharknose gobies, would. They interfere with the ocellaris breeding?

With my small breeding system all of my clownfish are alone.In small tanks I think it would have a large effect on the spawning of the fish!

I see no problems with hermits in any tank...as long as they are not the mexican hairy legged hermit. Those things get aggressive and mean!

I have about 40 blue legged hermits in my mixed reef and have had no ill effects.

I dont think they are bad but I just dont put any fish in with my breeding pairs of clownfish.

Hermits and clowns are fine, +1 on the no other fish for breeding...
