Octo Various 10 Pump

Hello,

I have several Octo pumps (2 6s, 2 8s and an 10) and today after doing a water change, the Various 10 didn’t restart. In checking, it seems like the power supply is the issue. I can find a replacement for all other models but the 10 size. I have written an email to the company, but in the meanwhile, I am wondering if anyone knows where to get this power supply replacement? It says it is 36VDC and 7A. Differing from the typical push in power connector like all of the others, this one has a screw in connector. If anyone knows, please advise. Thank you…

Well, although no responses to this, I thought I would bring closure to the topic. I contacted Coral Vue and they stock the power supply. Although it is probably a warranty item, since I have had the pump for less than a year and it carries a 2 year warranty, I needed it quickly so I purchased it with overnight shipping to get back up and running. As soon as I plugged in the new PS, everything was fine. I will look to go back and seek coverage under warranty.
