Received my order and have a broken collection cup....went to the site to email and seen that yall will be closed till the next month....sucks having this nice skimmer and not being able to use it.

I sent an email to you guys.

Well....went to install the rest of the skimmer and the thing was super LOUD!

Didn't know whether that was how it was or if there was some sort of break in but decided to remove the pump to see why it was like so and found that the needle wheel is snapped off the magnet....

re-sent another email.....hopefully we can resolve this, thanks
