Odd marking on flame angel

I noticed that my flame angel has what looks to be bare spots on both side of his head just behind it's eyes. These look like the flesh is actually missing? It now looks to be healing(brown on the edges, which is what alerted me to it in the first place). He did undergo TTM and 4 weeks in QT with 2 rounds of prazipro, and the electric neon dodttyback that went through the process with his is absolutely fine. After looking this morning and trying to get some picks, it seems his entire head is turning slightly black? I did manage to get one pic where you can faintly see it.



Any help is greatly appreciated.
