Hello! I am currently cycling my first reef tank 
. I noticed around the second day that a little bit of white string was beggining to grow. Of course me being new to the reefing community I thought, "Oh this must be normal for new tanks". I would like to know what you all have to say about it, whether I should just scrap it off, or leave it be. (Photos linked in end of post via imgur)
I used dry rock, live sand, bio spira, half a pound of live rock in the filter and 2 cubes of mysis shrimp to begin the nitrogen cycle.
