EcoSmart Live has been up and running for months without unscheduled downtime. Are you using the Connection Manager and USB cable to get on ESL? If so, please make sure you have the most recent version of the Connection Manager installed and running. Also, you will want to be using Google Chrome as your web browser.

it was working yesterday morning then went to offline mode. does not work on any of my 3 computers or android app also im using reeflink

well after many resets of every thing this morning i reset reeflink again and it is now working.

I have the same issue, I have to reboot the reeflink daily in order to get online.

Is the ReefLink connected over Ethernet or Wi-fi? Additionally, don't hesitate to contact us directly for more advanced troubleshooting.
