Off Topic, but Anyone Interested in an HDTV?

I recently put up a post on Craigslist for a 36" Panasonic HDTV monitor I am looking to get rid of -- the price was $50 and the catch is that the TV needs repair. The problem is that the circuit that is supposed to tell the tube to turn on is not working. During normal operation, you would hear an initial click when you turn the TV on and then a second click that fires up the tube. The second click is not happening. Repair would cost about $200 but I am very confident it could be repaired.

Since I have received only questions so far and not any substantive offers, I just want to get rid of it in preparation for my move. If anyone on the forum wants the TV (free), let me know. If not, it will be headed to the trash heap. It does have an awesome picture when working -- 1080i. I can help move it because it is one heavy sucker -- ~220 pounds and awkward.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

Kevin,
I'll take the TV too. I'll send it down to my sevice department to take a look at it. Do you know if the $200 is for a specific part? Or parts and labor?

Ken - The $200 is parts and labor -- the TV had the same problem after I had it about 13 months. I had it serviced at Lake Electronics on Central Ave in Colonie and it cost a little less than $200 total at the time (maybe 180ish). It worked perfectly for about 2 years after that but then experienced the same problem. If the TV didn't weigh so much, I would not mind having it serviced every few years. As you will see, it is really heavy.
