office tank fish food

what's a good choice for office tank fish food? I haven't picked up a fish yet (8 gallon biocube) but want to get food that doesn't need to be frozen. (OK to store frozen food in home freezer but office won't be acceptable.)

Also if anyone has suggestions for a good fish for an 8 gallon biocube please throw them in.

I try to use a variety.
Flakes one day.
Pellets another.
The non frozen cyclops works too

Eventually did some frozen too. People in my office didn't seem to mind.

I only use New Life Spectrum Thera+A 0.5mm small fish formula in my pico.

I answered in your other thread, but I figured I would post here too since I am at work now. I use New Life Spectrum small fish formula for my tank since I have a small Firefish and Goby.

thanks fickle too. I noticed your post in the other thread. I wasn't getting any movement on this thread so made one in the discussion board for the volume.

Is new life sprectrum something available typically at LFS? I know the cyclopeeze usually is so I may get some of that as well.

Yeah any good store should carry it. Our local Petco even sells it.
