offline status

Not sure what the problem is, reeflink shows it is connected, both the blue light on the unit and also under reeflink settings in ESL on my computer, yet there is the red flag indicating esl is offline. Also app on iphone still works and I can control lights through that. Any ideas?

Is it still showing offline? It could have been a momentary blip on the website. Please let us know if you continue to receive this error.
